Please read to the end, then tick I agree. These terms apply when you create an iKash merchant account. They sit with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Software only. iKash is a software layer (merchant tools and payment routing). We are not a bank, card network, or money transmitter. We do not guarantee that every payment will settle.
2. Legal business. You operate a lawful business in the jurisdiction(s) where you sell, and you will only use this platform for lawful goods and services you are allowed to offer there.
3. Your customers, your risk. You are responsible for your products, fulfilment, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, and claims from your customers, banks, or payment providers.
4. No illegal use. You will not use this platform for fraud, money laundering, sanctioned activity, or anything illegal. We are not responsible for illegal acts by you or your customers.
5. No harm. You will not abuse, attack, or misrepresent the platform, and you will cooperate with reasonable compliance or security requests.
6. Suspension. We may refuse, suspend, or close an account if we believe these terms or the law are being broken.
