1. Who we are
Wedigitify LLC operates ikash.biz under the iKash brand. We provide decentralized software infrastructure — embedded wallet SDKs, liquidity widget routing, and on-chain settlement tooling for application developers and dApp operators. For privacy enquiries contact riz@ikash.biz.
iKash is not a custodian, cryptocurrency exchange, or traditional payment processor. Card processing, identity verification (KYC/KYB), and fiat settlement are performed by independent third-party licensed partners when those features are enabled in a client application.
2. What data we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:
- Website visitors — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referral source (server logs; analytics only if you consent to cookies).
- Contact & sales leads — name, email, phone, company name, and message content when you use our contact form or live chat.
- Developers & sandbox accounts — name, email, company or project details, API credentials, integration configuration, and support correspondence required to provide SDK access and developer tooling.
- End users of client applications — where a developer integrates iKash, we may process authentication identifiers (such as email or social-login subject IDs), wallet addresses, session tokens, and transaction metadata necessary to provision non-custodial wallets and route on-chain actions. We do not collect or store cardholder data.
- On-ramp flows — when a user purchases digital assets via an embedded partner widget, card and identity data is collected directly by the licensed third-party on-ramp provider under that provider’s privacy policy, not by iKash.
- Blockchain data — public ledger addresses, transaction hashes, and contract interaction metadata that are inherently public on-chain.
3. Why we use your data (legal bases)
- Contract — to provide developer accounts, sandbox access, SDK services, and support you request.
- Legitimate interests — to secure our platform, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve our services.
- Consent — for non-essential cookies (e.g. analytics) and optional marketing where applicable.
- Legal obligation — sanctions screening, fraud prevention, and other requirements that apply to us or our regulated partners.

You can change your choice by clearing site data in your browser or contacting us. We do not load third-party analytics until you click “Accept all” on our cookie banner.
5. Who we share data with
We share data only as needed to operate the service:
- Licensed on-ramp & liquidity partners — when a user initiates fiat-to-crypto flows inside a client application integrated with iKash.
- Blockchain networks — transaction data broadcast to public ledgers when users authorize on-chain actions.
- Key management & infrastructure providers — secure wallet provisioning and platform operations, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
- Infrastructure hosts — servers and databases that run ikash.biz.
- Communication tools — e.g. email and messaging integrations for developer support.
- Authorities — when required by law or valid legal process.
We do not sell personal data.
Developers who integrate iKash into their own applications remain responsible for their end-user privacy disclosures and for data they collect outside the iKash SDK.
6. International transfers
Our infrastructure and partners may process data outside your country (including the UK, EU, and United States). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
7. Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary: active developer accounts for the life of the account plus statutory periods; wallet and session metadata for operational and security purposes as defined in our developer agreements; contact leads typically up to 24 months unless you become a customer; server logs for security typically up to 90 days. On-chain transaction data on public blockchains cannot be deleted by iKash once confirmed.
8. Your rights (EEA / UK)
If GDPR applies, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise rights, email riz@ikash.biz.
If you are an end user of a third-party application that integrated iKash, some requests may need to be directed to that application’s operator, who controls the primary relationship with you.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and industry practices appropriate to developer infrastructure and wallet-adjacent software. iKash does not store private keys in a custodial manner. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
10. Children
Our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data to us, contact riz@ikash.biz.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
